If you’ve been refused by IRCC, the timing on when you re-apply is entirely up to you. However, it is important that you address any deficiencies or refusal grounds listed in the letter sent to you. SPECIAL NOTE: If your refusal letter states that you are “inadmissible to Canada” due to a misrepresentation, then you must wait 5 years before re-applying.
